These Terms of Service govern your use of the website operated by Verité
(“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website and purchasing from us,
you agree to these Terms.

1.  GENERAL CONDITIONS We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
    for any reason at any time. You agree not to use our products for
    any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2.  PRODUCTS We sell physical hair products and digital products
    including eBooks and downloads. All product descriptions and pricing
    are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the
    right to discontinue any product at any time.

3.  DIGITAL PRODUCTS All digital products are non-refundable and
    non-exchangeable. Once purchased and delivered, digital products
    cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

4.  RETURNS & EXCHANGES (PHYSICAL PRODUCTS) We do not offer refunds.
    Exchanges are only possible if:

-   The product is unused
-   The product is in original packaging
-   The security seal has not been broken
-   The request is made within 7 days of delivery

If the product has been used, altered, or the seal is broken, exchange
will not be accepted.

5.  ACCURACY OF INFORMATION We strive to provide accurate information
    but do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or
    error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies
    at any time.

6.  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Verité shall not be liable for any direct or
    indirect damages resulting from the use of our website or products.

7.  GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of the
    Netherlands.
