SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Verité.

1.  ORDER PROCESSING All orders are processed within 1–3 business days
    (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation
    email once your order has been shipped.

2.  SHIPPING TIMES Estimated delivery times:

-   Netherlands: 1–3 business days
-   Europe: 4 – 7 business days
-   International: 5–14 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier
delays.

3.  SHIPPING COSTS Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on
    your location and selected shipping method.

4.  CUSTOMS & DUTIES For international orders, customs duties and import
    taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the
    customer.

5.  LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES Verité is not responsible for delays caused
    by shipping carriers or customs. If your package appears lost,
    please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the
    carrier.

6.  INCORRECT ADDRESS Customers are responsible for providing accurate
    shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to
    incorrectly provided addresses.

7.  DIGITAL PRODUCTS Digital products (including eBooks) are delivered
    electronically and are not subject to shipping.
