Physical Hair Products
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns if the seal has been broken or if the product shows any signs of use.
Exchange Policy
Verité does not offer monetary refunds for returned hair products. Approved returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
All returned items are subject to inspection before approval.

Due to the nature of digital products, all eBook and digital download purchases are final.
By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital product and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once the digital product has been delivered or accessed.
